I only received 5 of the 6 posters that I ordered and payed for. I’ve reached out a couple times for some sort of refund but they have not gotten back to me. The products that I did receive were great quality so I wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review.

I ordered two of these with the BOGO deal, and the two posters had separate designs for them. When they were delivered, I received a duplicate of my pictures instead of the two different designs I wanted. I emailed them 5 days ago on the day it was delivered, no response. I've gone out of my way to reach out via directly through this website and their Etsy store, radio silence. This wasn't my first order from them, but if I don't get a reply from customer service it may very well be the last. I want to order from a printing service that has communication.
